When you are connected to Actinic as an Order Processor, you have access to all the order processing functionality as described in Order Processing Overview.
You will also be able to view a lot of the other settings in Actinic, such as 'Customer Groups' and 'Stock Levels', but you will not be able to edit them. Only an administrator can actually change the settings in Actinic.
The 'Users' column in the order summary will tell you if another user is currently editing an order. You will not be able to access an order if someone else is editing it. Also, only one person can retrieve orders at a time. If you try and retrieve orders while someone else is doing it then you will receive a warning message.
Occasionally, the Administrator will need to make changes to the settings in Actinic. When this happens, the order summary list will be disabled and a message will be shown explaining that order processing is suspended.
