The 'Customer' Tab - Checking Contact Details

To view the details of an order, double-click on it in the order summary (or highlight it and press 'View Order').

The 'Customer' tab is used to view the name and address information supplied with an order. There are separate areas for invoice contact details and delivery contact details. You can make changes here if, for example, the customer has entered all their details in uppercase or lowercase.

There is a 'Create Customer Account' (or 'Edit Customer Account') and an 'Assign to Account' button at the bottom right of this tab. These enable you to quickly create a customer account for a retail order, or add a contact as a buyer to an existing customer account. Note: If the 'Moving' box is checked it indicates that the customer selected the 'moving house within 1 month' option in the checkout option. This option is turned on in 'Design | Text' - see Using 'Design | Text'.
