The final screen of the 'Create Offline Order' wizard gives you an overview of all the details of the order.
It is here that you can assign a percentage discount. The discount will always be calculated on the value of the order lines (excluding any shipping/tax) Actinic will automatically calculate new amounts for all other charges, where appropriate. Also, drop-down lists allow you to change the shipping and handling tax status if necessary.
When you are ready, click 'Confirm' to complete the creation of the new offline order.
The offline order now behaves like a normal order. The icon for an offline order has the words 'OFF' in the yellow box next to the order number.
You can view the details of the offline order by double-clicking on it in the order summary, or highlighting it and clicking the 'View' button.
