For USA Customers Only
A 'Shipping Service Provider' is a courier company that you might use to ship orders to your customers. They may also offer additional services such as online address validation and parcel tracking.
Currently, Actinic Business/Designer is integrated with 'UPS OnLine Tools®' - available in the USA.
To view the details of your available shipping service providers, select the 'Service Providers' tab within 'Business Settings | Shipping and Handling'.
Note: If you select this tab and are using a calculation basis other than 'Total Weight', you will receive an error message.
The grid at the top of this tab allows you to select which of the three UPS OnLine Tools® services you want to use. Check the appropriate box in order to enable the service.
