The settings in 'Business Settings | Ordering' are described below.
· With Allowed selected and Suspended NOT selected: Your store will run normally and be able to take orders.
· With both Allowed and Suspended selected: All your 'Add to Cart' buttons will be replaced by a message saying (by default) 'CATALOG SUSPENDED'. This message can be edited in 'Design | Text' - see Using 'Design | Text' for more.
· With Allowed NOT selected: All ordering functionality will be completely removed from your online store.

Min Order Value |
Enter the minimum amount that you want your customers to be able to spend online. This excludes any shipping charges, but includes tax. Note: If you are using a coupon to trigger a discount, and the discount will take a customer's order value below the minimum order level, a warning message will only be shown if the customer enters the coupon while shopping - not when the coupon is entered in the checkout. |

Select this box in order to receive an email when the first new order is taken at your site since the most recent download. This is useful if you do not want to keep checking for new orders. For this option to work, you must specify a valid email address in 'Business Settings | Company/Contact' AND you must enter a valid SMTP Server in 'Web | Network Setup'. |

Send Receipt Email to Customer |
If you select this box, customers will receive an email confirming the basic details of their order, including the order number. The template for this message - Act_CustomerEmail.txt - is stored in the site directory. |

Send Receipt Email Copies To |
If you want all the customer receipt emails to be copied to another address, then enter the address here. Separate multiple email addresses with a space character. |

Select this option if you want customers to specify their location as soon as they add their first item to the cart, rather than when they checkout. This allows Actinic to work out shipping/tax charges as early as possible. This option is disabled if any section in the store has their shopping mode set to anything other than 'Quantity on Confirmation Page'. See Changing The Shopping Mode for more. |

Order Quantity Always One |
When this option is selected, all products in the store have both their minimum and maximum quantity values pre-set to 1, and the corresponding settings ('Minimum Quantity' and 'Maximum Quantity') do not appear in the Product Details window. |
