Printing Out Orders

Note: Actinic's reports, in the context of the in-built order processing system, are discussed in Order Processing Reports.

If you don't want to use Actinic's order processing system, and you simply want to take a print out of each order to use elsewhere, then do the following:

1.  Go to 'Business Settings | Order Processing' and select 'Bypass Catalog Order Processing'. This will mean that you will no longer have to fulfil Actinic's order processing conditions (as described in Order Processing Overview) on any new orders.

2.  Also select 'Enable Data Entry Reports'. A data-entry report is an Actinic report that gives you all the details about an order on one sheet of paper.

3.  Click 'OK'.

You will then need to do the following to print out the latest batch of orders you have retrieved:

4.  Go to 'Operations | Report Selection' (or press the   button on the toolbar).

5.  Switch to the 'Order Processing' tab.

6.  Double-click on 'Outstanding Data Entry Reports' (or single click on it and click the 'Print' button).

This will print out a data-entry report for each order. The orders will then be complete and so move to the 'Complete' tab.

If you want to print data-entry reports for specific orders then right-click on the order(s) and select 'Reprint Data Entry Report'. Don't forget you can use [Shift + Click] or [Ctrl + Click] to select multiple orders at once.
