The 'Themes' Window

The 'Design | Themes' window allows you to change the look and feel of your Actinic store.  There are two lists within this window

·      Theme - where you can select a look and feel for your store. This applies a set of buttons, a set of overall layouts and a set of images to your store.

·      Color - where you can select a colour scheme to accompany the look and feel

In addition to this, you can also select a Corporate Logo for your store here using the 'Corporate Logo' field.

You will also find separate fields for the store company logo, and the brochure pages logo, within the 'General' tabs of 'Settings| Site Options'.

Try applying different theme and colour scheme combinations to see what suits you best.

If you wish to fine-tune any aspect of the design, then click the 'Advanced Themes Configuration.' button.

Advanced Themes Configuration

There are four tabs within this window:

·      Images - Select a set of images for your store, such as the logo image, background image and any other images (other than the buttons in the store navigation bar and the cart buttons). For more details, see Images.

·      Buttons - A 'button set' is a set of button graphics used in the store navigation bar, and for the 'enter shop' icon in the store navigation bar. Note that some layouts use text links in the navigation bar rather than images. A button set also includes add to cart buttons, and buttons in the 'view cart' page. For more details, see Buttons.

·      Colour Scheme - These are the colours used for the text colours, background colours and link colours in your site. The colours are also used to 'colourize' the theme and button images used in the design. For more details, see Colour Schemes.

·      Page Layouts - These are the main layouts for your store pages that put the design elements into your store pages that go along the top, down the sides and along the bottom of your design. In other words, they are the design elements that do not change from page to page. For more details, see Page Layouts
