The 'Prompts' tab is used to change the way the product is presented. It also allows you to request extra information from customers.

Note: If you want to change the order of the month and day in the shopping cart, then go to 'Design | Text', click 'Go to' and go to prompt ID: 1912 (Phase: -1). This is a prompt containing: 'dd/mm/yy'. This determines the format of the dates in the online shopping cart and can be amended as necessary.
It is possible to ask your customers 'Date' and 'Other Info' questions appear at different stages of adding the product to the cart. This is done by changing the shopping mode. For more details on shopping mode, go to Changing The Shopping Mode.
· To make the questions appear before the customer clicks the 'Add to Cart' button, use a shopping mode of 'Quantity on Product Page'.
· To make the questions appear in a new page after clicking the 'Add to Cart' button, select a shopping mode of 'Quantity on Confirmation Page'.
· To make the questions appear within the shopping cart itself, select a shopping mode of 'Quantity in Shopping Cart'.
