Exporting Customer Account Details

In the 'Mailing Lists' area, Actinic also allows you to generate a mailing list of your customer account customers (see Customer Account Overview).

To do this, click the 'Export Customers' button on the 'Main' tab. The controls within this new window are explained below:

You can select to retrieve 'Main Account' or 'Buyer' details

Only add to list if no orders were placed within the dates below:

Use this setting if you are doing a mailing to all customers who have ordered within a certain time frame, but you want to include customer accounts that haven't placed orders as part of that mailing list.

Make the settings in the 'From' and 'To' fields the same as the ones you have in the 'Main' tab in order to generate the list.

This customer account list will be supplementary to the list generated by the 'Main' settings.
