The overall layout contains all the design elements that do not change from page to page. These include:
· The content within the <head> </head> tags (including page title and meta tags)
· Logo and navigation elements that go across the top of each page
· Navigational elements that go down the side of each page.
You can select from a range of default overall page layouts within the 'Page Layouts' tab of 'Design | Themes' and also in 'Site Options | Layout'. You can then override this choice within your sections if you want to.
The standard overall page layouts available with Actinic are described below. The overall page layouts for brochure pages are described in Layouts for Brochure Pages.
