Changing the Design of Section Pages
A section page is a page created by a section in the content tree. It contains all the products in that section, together with any links to subsections within that section. It also contains other things such as parent section lists and single add to cart buttons.
There are two components to a section page:
· An Overall Page Layout
· An Inner Layout
An Overall Page Layout contains the code that goes around the outside of a page. Overall Page Layouts are discussed in depth in Editing An Overall Page Layout Within Actinic.
The Inner Layout of a section page is called the 'Main Product Area'. This layout lays out the main content of each section page: the list of products, the list of sections and the other content.
The 'Main Product Area' can be found within the 'Web Page Inner Layout' section of the 'Layout' tab of the 'Design | Library'.
