To add a new product to the content tree, highlight the item in the tree that you want the product created under, and then:
· Right click and select 'New Product'
· Press [Ctrl + P]
· Go to the 'Edit' menu and select 'New Product'.
You will be shown an empty 'Product Details' window ready to fill in.
Within the 'General' tab, you will see the following settings:

Enter a unique reference for each product. If this field is greyed out, then it means you are automatically-generating product references. See Product References for more. |

Price |

Image |
Select a *.gif, *.jpg or *.png image file to be associated with the online product. Insert the file location or use the 'Browse' button to find and select the image file to be used. Your image should not be more than 150 pixels in width, unless you select a product layout that supports larger images. The file can exist anywhere so long as it is accessible when Actinic prepares and uploads the online files to the web site. If you do not specify your own image then the default image (normally 'invisible_image.gif') is used. |
